Yoga Instructor: Passionate yoga instructor with training and experience in multiple styles of yoga and specialization in Iyengar principles. Styles include Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin. I am energetic and outgoing and enjoy inspiring students to connect with their inner self to explore their potential and heal through the power of yoga.
Group Fitness Instructor: Hard working and creative fitness instructor with training in aerobic, muscle toning, boot-camp, interval, circuit training and stretching focusing on positive results and client satisfaction. Particularly talented in providing safe, creative, fun and efficient exercise programs for individual or group students.
