I have been practicing yoga for 15+ years and love how yoga combines a beautiful balance between physical and mental health. Inspired to take my practice further, I obtained my first 200hr YTT in 2019. I have now since then completed my 500hr RYT, certified in Yin Yoga, 100hr meditation and am an arm balancing coach. I teach a variety of yoga styles that cater to the students. I believe yoga to be accessible for all and incorporate modifications throughout my classes. This summer

I will be taking my Sound Bath certification as I have grown up playing musical instruments and look forward to marrying both my love for music and yoga.
