With over 15 years of devoted yoga practice, I have cultivated a teaching style that unites mindful movement, intentional breath, and inspired energy. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I hold advanced certifications in Meditation, Pranayama, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Sound Healing, Arm Balancing, and Inversions. My goal is to craft an immersive and soulful experience that helps each guest feel balanced, grounded, and uplifted — both physically and mentally.
I offer a diverse range of thoughtfully designed classes to meet every guest’s needs — from powerful, strength-building Vinyasa and Yogalates flows to deeply restorative Yin and Meditation sessions. I also specialize in SUP Yoga and Aqua Yoga, blending fluid movement with the tranquil rhythm of the ocean to create harmony between body, mind, and nature.
Among my most distinctive offerings is the Arm Balancing and Inversion Series — an empowering and playful format that builds confidence, stability, and focus while remaining accessible to all levels. To complete the experience, my Sound Healing sessions weave together soothing frequencies and sacred instruments that promote deep relaxation and emotional restoration.
