Ever wanted to know about the foundations of muscle building and cardiovascular endurance? I’ve been through all the sports, teams, environments and learning camps to help you become better equipped-or rather, built! My life has never been consistent except for exercise: the moment I was old enough to play team sports I jumped in and continued to hone my athletic abilities as I grew up to the point that I now find great joy in helping others achieve the goals they want to accomplish. There’s certainly discipline involved, but I am much more enthused about consistency and small progressions over time! I adore seeing people finally make connections with weightlifting movements or realizing they are much closer to their fitness goals when they believe in themselves and get a little bit of outside pushing.
