For years, I have found personal fulfillment through activities like running, biking, hiking, swimming, golfing and paddle boarding. Yoga, however, has created a connection between mind and body that has helped me appreciate whole body wellness. I am passionate about bringing this same level of appreciation to every individual and work to make a practice that is inclusive for all levels and abilities. I want them to bring their practice from the mat into their daily lives. I love how exercise and an active lifestyle can be enjoyed by everyone, anywhere. My goal for every participant is that they have fun, enjoy a new experience, and open their mind to a new journey.
I began my yoga journey in 2017, completing my 200 hour RYT certification from Windsor Yoga Family in 2019. I have continued growing my practice with Stand Up Paddle Board and SUP Yoga certification, Restorative yoga and Yoga Fore Golf. I travel and teach internationally and have co-hosted a number of retreats locally and internationally. I host community events such as Brewery yoga and Goat yoga.
I offer private and group classes, as well as team building and private events.
