I grew up as a competitive gymnast and springboard diver. I'm a lifelong lover of movement and dance, and I've been practicing yoga since I was 12! Yoga has helped me through many difficult life transitions. I love its ability to soothe, heal, inspire, and ignite the inner callings of the soul.
I became a yoga teacher in 2020 and loved helping people soothe their nervous systems through movement. I wanted a more well-rounded approach to fitness, so I became a personal trainer in 2022. I've been coaching strength training for the last year in private sessions and small groups. I believe that yoga and strength training can provide a unique and well-rounded movement regimen, and I love teaching both formats!
