As an active mom to 4 boys & 1 girl, staying fit and healthy couldn’t be more important to me. I‘ve been lucky enough to make fitness and helping people a career. I’m a published fitness model, NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 19 different certifications and several years experience personal training, teaching group fitness classes and coaching, and fitness club and studio management. I can’t wait to share my love of fitness with you.
