Yoga has helped me to feel connected to myself, while learning awareness about myself and others. Practicing yoga has helped me to find a balance physically, mentally, spiritually - not just on the mat but also off the mat in my daily activies and interactions with others and myself.
My passion is to teach up beat power vinyassa yoga. I also love to teach restorative yoga nidra meditation.
