  • I have been teaching fitness for the past 20 years. I recently decided to further my fitness education and become a personal trainer through ISSA. In addition to my personal training certification, I also hold a group fitness certification through AFAA, a world reconignized certification. I have additional certifications in Pilates through NETA and Yogafit certification as well. I have also have training in nutrition and body composition. Six years ago I was 50 lbs overweight and lived a very unhealthy lifestyle. I decided to do something about my body and my health so I started doing group fitness at a local gym. I started losing weight and started feeling healthier every day that I worked out. I began to realize what a major change exercise had on my body and self-esteem. I am just a normal person that has a gift to teach and motivate people to reach their weight and fitness goals. I can promise you is a great, personalized workout with amazing results to your mind and body.
