I have been a NETA certified personal trainer since 2018. I have primarily worked with clients privately in their homes, though I do have gym experience as well. In 2023, I received my B.S. in Exercise Science with a Sport Sciences concentration from Ithaca College. In addition, I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance an have been teaching weekly yoga classes since 2019. My yoga classes, group fitness classes, and personal training sessions are creative and enjoyable. I love creating focused classes as will as fusion style sessions. I empower my students to move their bodies with intention to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury. All of my classes are likely to include a great playlist and random dance parties.
