Ashley Kurkiewicz

Ashley's love for fitness and being active started at a very young age.  As a kid, she played several sports and loved being outdoors exploring.  As an adult, she fell in love with group fitness classes and was always in the front row of the classes she attended.  That passion and love for taking classes at several gyms and boutique studios turned into a career.  Ashley got certified in personal training through the National Federation of Professional Trainers in 2020.  She began her career as a personal trainer at F45 Training in Ellisville, Missouri.  F45 Training is the perfect blend of personal training in a group setting and has a mix of cardio and resistance classes throughout the week.  Ashley loves connecting with the members and pushing them to work harder or lift heavier so they can reach their personal fitness goals.
