Christy Wynne

My name is Christy Wynne and I am a wellness and fitness coach, raising two kids in the mid-west with my husband Jeff. My passion for exercise started as a teenager when I would tag along with my mom to her gym. It was the first healthy habit I established as a child that has definitely been one of the factors that lead me to where I am today. After I exercise, I always feel strong, healthy and confident. As an adult, it is my daily mood booster, stress reliever and personal thinking time.

In 2003, I lost my Dad to heart disease and became even more passionate about my overall health. I began learning all I could on disease prevention and realized how much that can be controlled by better nutrition.

Although fitness is how I started on this journey, there is so much more to our wellbeing than our daily workout. What we put into our bodies is our best medicine for feeling good and disease prevention.

I have had my fair share of health challenges and learned so much along the way. I have had experience with years of stomach issues, food intolerances, auto-immune disease and heart surgery. Each one of these has made me more aware of my body and what it needs. I truly love helping others feel their best. 

When I became a wellness coach, I created the Live Well healthy lifestyle program to make healthy easier for people and their families. It all starts with self-care and making that a priority in life. Self-care is our foundation and when we are taking care of ourselves, we feel energized, we flourish in our relationships and we are happier. Living a more fulfilling life starts with how we take care for ourselves and I am so excited for you to start an amazing journey to living your best life yet!
