Hi! My name is Jenafer Langston. I am a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Healthy Living Director from Fort Worth, Texas. I love enabling others to gain self confidence in their physical and mental capabilities through movement all while having fun! Providing my guests the tools for life long success is what I am passionate about and I believe that education is key in everyone's fitness journey. Traveling and spreading knowledge of fitness and how it can be fun is my next adventure!
