I have been working out for years and wanted to help others the way staying fit has helped me. I received my personal trainer certification from AFFA in 2007. I am a certified Zumba Instructor and Resist-a-ball Instructor. I enjoy using all the things (props) that the fitness industry has available. I am always interested in finding and doing new hot things. I am a Toyota Sponsored Triathlete for 2007 and also in 2008. I love what I do because I help make people feel good. When they feel good I feel good. It is a win win for both of us.
