Christie teaches a strong alignment-based, vinyasa flow. Her yoga sequences are infused with heart opening and calming transitions designed to bring health conscious yet busy professionals a moment of peace in their daily movements. As someone who has practiced in studios around the world, Christie has learned that yoga is a universal language, spoken by the body, through the breath. Her workouts are known to have a detailed focus on the link between movement and breath and promise to be serene, dynamic, and stress relieving. Christie completed her 200-hour teacher training at Sonic Center for Yoga Studies in New York
