Stefanie Mihoulides

Stefanie began practicing yoga in her early 20's. Since then she has completed over 500 hours of training in yoga, meditation, anatomy and movement. She has been teaching yoga and meditation around NYC since 2015. Her classes start with a well rounded warm up and focused strengthening to compliment the theme of the class. She builds slowly to allow for time to feel the body and the breath within the poses allowing newer and more experienced practitioners to explore where they are in the moment. Her approach is welcoming, encouraging and light hearted. She teaches yoga to share the improved quality of life that comes with the practice. Basically the goal is to feel better, even if you felt pretty good to begin with.

She also guides mindfulness meditations tailoring the experience to whomever is in the room.
