Movement, being active and forming athletic habits have been my passion for more than 20 years. From my experience in the sports field, I have developed a sharp eye towards technique, form, safe movement and general knowledge in rehabilitation.
I enjoy a variety of activities that have formed my knowledge and experience: weight lifting, leading various group fitness classes (RPM™, SPRINT™, BODYATTACK™, Bootcamp, and HIIT), marathon running, and cycling.
