I’m deeply passionate about helping people live healthier, more connected lives—through movement, mindset, and meaningful support.

I believe behind every woman’s journey to health and fitness, there's a unique story that drives them to make positive changes. My own journey into wellness didn’t start with motivation or goals. It started with survival.

In 2004, I was diagnosed with cervical spine instability and something called vegetative-vascular dystonia. I spent years in and out of hospitals, living off prescriptions, struggling with anxiety and panic attacks that made the world feel heavy and out of reach. I was doing everything I was supposed to—seeing the doctors, following the rules—but I still didn’t feel well. I felt... disconnected, exhausted. Like I was losing pieces of myself. It took me years to realize that the traditional medical approach alone wasn’t enough. I couldn’t keep outsourcing my healing. I had to become a participant in it.

That’s when I found yoga. Movement. Stillness. Breath. A way back into my body.

And through that—into my life again. I was blown away by the body’s innate intelligence and its ability to heal when given the chance. That shift changed everything. Despite having a Master’s in Engineering and a promising career, I walked away from that life—because what I discovered was too powerful not to share. 

For over 18 years, I've immersed myself in the world of yoga and fitness, working with hundreds of people around the world. While I’ve worked with all ages and genders, my heart is especially with women 35+—those ready to reset their metabolism, rebuild their strength, and reclaim their energy, confidence, and clarity.

I specialize in fat loss, lean muscle building, and ending the cycle of yo-yo dieting through a flexible, nourishing approach to nutrition. My method focuses on sustainable results—no extremes, no restrictions—just proven strategies that fit your real life.

I also specialize in core and pelvic floor rehab, helping women restore their foundation first—so they can feel strong, mobile, and fully in control of their bodies again.

I work both in person and online, teaching personal and group fitness, and creating customized programs designed around your lifestyle—not someone else's idea of perfection.

To me, fitness isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling good and living well. It’s about showing up for yourself, building resilience, and creating a life filled with joy, energy, and strength at every age.
