Hello there! I'm Nataliia, and I'm really passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives by inspiring them to lead healthier and more active lifestyles.

I truly believe that behind every person's journey towards health and fitness, there's a unique story that drives them to make positive changes. My own fitness journey started in 2004 when I was diagnosed with cervical spine instability and vegetative-vascular dystonia. Every year I had to have dozens of visits to a doctor, take dozens of pills every day, and spend months in a hospital trying to normalize my blood circulation and my overall state. It felt like it was a long rollercoaster ride with no stops and breaks between. Dealing with anxiety and panic attacks on top of that only made things tougher. It took me a few years to realize that the traditional medical approach alone was just not working for me. At some point, you have to take responsibility for your health.

That's when I delved into yoga and holistic health, an approach that considers the bigger picture of our well-being. In the realm of yoga holistic health means understanding the connections between our physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Discovering the profound effects of fitness and yoga on the body was a revelation for me. It deepened my connection with myself and the world around me. I was amazed by our body's innate intelligence and its ability to heal itself. This transformational perspective completely changed my life! Despite having a Master's degree in Engineering and a successful career, my heart guided me to fall in love with yoga and become a Professional Fitness Leader and a Yoga Teacher.

For over 15 years, I've immersed myself in the world of Yoga and Fitness. I can confidently say that, no matter your shape or health, there's always a way to feel better. Integrating fitness, yoga, and mindfulness into our lives can transform us completely. I love to share my knowledge, experience and passion with those who want to become a stronger, healthier, and more authentic version of themselves.

I absolutely enjoy leading group fitness and yoga classes, as well as creating Personal Programs. Every body is unique, and I embrace that diversity in my approach. Instead of strict plans, I focus on what works best for specific needs, body types, and goals. I love blending different styles and practices to create a well-rounded and enjoyable program, always keeping it simple and easy to follow.

It all starts with intention and mindset. Embracing a holistic approach to fitness means striving for not just physical change, but also inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional balance. This harmonious approach not only helps my clients to achieve great results, but more importantly, teaches them how to maintain those results in the long run, how to turn it into a lifestyle, and how to find peace within yourself, with others, and with the world around you.
