Through personal training and teaching fitness classes, I enjoy motivating people to improve their skills, increase their level of fitness while having fun. I am a certified personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA and National Institute for Personal Training. My passion for fitness allows me to make it a primary goal and focus on what is important in life. I firmly believe that everyone can improve their quality of life and reduce their healthcare costs with improved fitness and diet. I strive to help others to achieve those goals specially the elderly population. I also believe that core stability and balance are keys to good health so I incorporate exercises that improve those areas in every program that I design
