Yoga has been an integral part of Olivia Wilson’s life for over 10 years. She believes that teaching must come from the heart, with authenticity and truth and combines creative, vinyasa-based sequencing coupled with balancing both strength and flexibility in her classes. Crediting her practice to helping her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat, she strives to create a welcoming and nurturing environment in her classes with the belief that the personal practice of yoga is an invaluable resource that should be made accessible to everyone
