I began regularly practicing yoga to manage my stress/anxiety and to help relieve joint pain in late 2019. After finding yoga, I immediately decided to work towards my yoga teacher certification. I am very passionate about health and wellness as I have been very active in sports my whole life. I love to travel, try new foods, and to spend time with family and friends. My favorite thing about teaching is helping others reconnect with themselves and learn to be more present through yoga.
