Melissa DiLullo

I have been teaching yoga since 2013. As a NCAA Athlete, athletics and movement have impacted every aspect of my life. I broke my hip from distance running in 2012, which led to me taking my 20 year yoga practice to a new level by becoming a teacher. I wanted to help others in the same way yoga helped me. I am certified in Katharine Roberts Yoga for Golfers, prenatal yoga, gentle yoga and power yoga. At Core Power I teach C1, C2 and hot power fusion. At Yogasix I teach hot yoga, restorative yoga, a “Mix” class and frequently lead private classes and workshops. My heart is for my students: I have experienced a lot of trauma in my life and I know what it’s like to desperately need a safe place to just breathe and move. I believe that our yoga mats can be that place. I use breath work and trauma informed language to ensure my classes are a safe place for everyone. My goal is to make my students feel safe, strong and empowered! I am incredibly grateful to be able to share this practice internationally, as I know first hand that yoga changes lives.
