I have been teaching yoga and fitness since 2013. As a NCAA Athlete, athletics have been important to me for my whole life. I broke my hip from distance running in 2012, which led to me taking my 20 year yoga practice to a new level. I am certified in Katharine Roberts Yoga for Golfers, prenatal yoga, gentle yoga and power yoga. At Core Power I teach C1 and C2. Power yoga and arm balances (advanced classes) are as comfortable to me as my prenatal/gentle practice. I bring both strength and peace to the teaching I share with my students. I am eager and enthusiastic to help your guests elevate their experience at your resort by utilizing breath and movement! When not on my yoga mat you will find me at my pottery wheel or on the golf course! Namaste.
