Laura is a 200 hour Yoga Teacher with the Always-At-Aum school. She has been practicing yoga throughout her life but it became an integral part of her routine after becoming a mother. Laura believes yoga is a sacred practice and wants to share its magic with everyone. She is a passionate writer and often includes poetry in her classes.
