I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and began teaching following my certification with Yoga Alliance in 2016. I am also a runner and an active person. I have always considered yoga to be the ideal counterbalance to my other fitness activities, as a means of adding flexibility, building core strength, preventing injury and centring the mind. My specialty is Hatha Yoga but I also teach Intermediate Yoga for Strength and Conditioning. I truly enjoy teaching yoga and building a community with my classes - my students return year over year.
