My yoga journey began nearly twenty years ago in my college dorm room, where a simple yoga DVD sparked a lifelong passion for movement and mindfulness. What started as a way to unwind before big exams soon evolved into a deep appreciation for the full-body, full-heart experience that comes from practicing in community.

After completing my yoga teacher training, I began teaching throughout the greater Chicago area—leading classes, managing a studio, and mentoring new instructors through teacher training programs. Over the years, I’ve expanded my offerings to include private and semi-private sessions, kids’ yoga for the Girl Scouts of America, and dynamic group fitness formats. I also hold a Group Fitness Certification with Fit Bodies, Inc, which I have incorporated into more powerful Sculpt and Flow classes.

Beyond the studio, I’ve had the privilege of teaching wellness sessions for the staff at a local elementary school and leading yoga-based conditioning for a youth soccer club—helping students, teachers, and athletes alike discover how mindful movement can enhance both focus and performance.

My teaching style blends strength, flow, and mindful mobility to meet students where they are—creating classes that are both challenging and accessible for all levels. I believe movement is like a well-balanced meal: a beautiful harmony of energy, mindfulness, and joy that nourishes body and spirit alike.

I look forward to bringing that same sense of harmony and connection to community while on their vacations—sharing movement, mindfulness, and moments of joy with guests from around the world.
