For the past 21 years I have studied and precticed yoga with a variety of nationally known instructors and masters. Some include David and Doug Swenson, Richard Freeman, Beryl Birch, Barron Baptiste, Dee Silvers, David William, and Dr. Girish Jagirdar. I have been teaching yoga for the past 16 years. Currently, I teach ten classes a week. Some of these classes are at Health and Fitness Clubs, including LA Fitness, Inc., Future Fitness, Inc., VIrtua Health Systems, and Royal Fitness Center. Following is a partial list of other sites I currently or in the past have also taught yoga classes: Kellman Institute, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Bally's Health Clubs, Palymyra and Audubon High Schools.
