I’m Aimee, an embodied movement coach with 12 years of experience teaching group fitness. I use movement as a tool to help people reconnect with their bodies, build the skill of body awareness, and regulate their nervous systems from the inside out. My work blends strength training, yoga, pilates, somatic practices, breathwork, and meditative movement to create experiences that go far beyond exercise. I’ve created my own modality, SomaBells, a practice that weaves strength, presence, and self-discovery together so people can feel stronger, safer, and more at home in themselves.
