I'm Aimee, an embodied movement coach with 12 years of experience teaching group fitness. My classes are a meet in the middle of healing and strength — a unique experience designed to help you build the skill of body awareness, connect with your body’s wisdom, and feel stronger, safer, and more at home in yourself.

Using movement as a tool, I guide people to reconnect with their bodies and regulate their nervous systems from the inside out. My work blends strength training, yoga, Pilates, somatic tools, breathwork, Reiki, guided meditation, and meditative movement to create experiences that go far beyond exercise.

I work with the energy of the room, which means each class is shaped by what the group needs in that moment, making every experience unique. With somatic practices sprinkled throughout, guided meditation at the bookends, and Reiki woven into the experience, the class can feel like an inner massage — supporting deep restoration while also leaving you feeling refreshed, energized, and more deeply connected to yourself.

I’ve created my own modality, SomaBells — a practice that weaves strength, presence, healing, and self-discovery together.
