Emma Sletteland

Hello! I’m Emma. Yoga has been a transformative part of my life for over 15 years.

I’m a certified RYT 200 instructor specializing in Power Vinyasa, with additional certifications in Restorative and Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga. Over the past three years of teaching, my practice and self-inquiry have deepened, shaping yoga into an essential part of my life and purpose. Through teaching, I aim to make yoga accessible to everyone and to help others discover their own lessons—on and off the mat.

My core values as a teacher reflect my values in life: growth, connection, creativity, and adventure. In my classes, I create a grounding environment where students feel safe and at home in their bodies, while also being encouraged to explore new physical possibilities and recognize their own strength. (And there’s always a great playlist!)

I’ve called Denver, Colorado home for the past 13 years, where I live an active lifestyle with my boyfriend and golden retriever, Layla. You’ll often find us hiking, camping, skiing, or SUP-ing in the mountains. I’m also an avid traveler - I've been to 35 countries and counting. I’m thrilled to be part of the Fit Bodies community, where I can combine my love for yoga, travel, and connection.
