Emma Sletteland

I am RYT200 certified yoga instructor and SUP yoga certified instructor. I teach power vinyasa at Yoga Box, and SUP yoga during the summers with Rocky Mountain Paddleboard. I completed my teacher training with a focus on power vinyasa at BIG Power Yoga Denver, in October 2022, and completed my SUP Yoga Teacher Training in Steamboat Springs, CO in September 2023. 

Yoga has been a transformative part of my life for the past 10+ years, providing benefits both on and off the mat. As my asana practice and self-inquiry work has deepened, yoga has become an instrumental part of my life, and I share my passion for yoga through teaching. I want everyone to be able to access the possibilities of yoga and help others to discover their own lessons on and off the mat. My core values as a yoga teacher mirror my core values in life: growth, connection, creativity, and adventure.

I have called Denver, CO home for the past 13 years, and live an active lifestyle. You can find me in the mountains with my golden retriever, Layla, hiking, camping skiing, and SUP-ing. I am also an avid traveler and have been to 30+ countries. In my non-yoga career, I work as a Marketing Manager at an international education company.
