I am a fit mature woman, teaching Zumba, aqua, country line dance, pop line dance, and stretch mobility as my full time work. I have a passion for using music and rhythm to create fun, easy-to-follow and effective choreographed fitness classes.
Movement Style: I use creative & engaging movements, yet apply repetitive patterns for simplicity, so that all participants feel they can join in with ease, even with no prior experience.
Class Intensity Scheme: My classes start with a warm-up, working up to higher energy movements, and then end with a cool-down with lower intensity. I am able to adjust intensity based on reading what the crowd responds to.
Exercise Philosophy: My belief is that those who say they have no coordination can find their rhythm, and I believe music-and-movement is an excellent way to be committed to a health, fitness, and happiness journey. It believe it is important for people to have exercise options while on vacation, and some people even develop a love for an exercise program after experiencing a class while traveling!
