My name is Elena.
I'm an E-RYT 500, YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider) and Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach.
Over 20 years of teaching experience and over 30 years of personal practice.
Certified through YogaFit and registered with Yoga Alliance. Have additional certification in Yoga for seniors, Yoga for athletes, Warrior Yoga (PTSD, trauma oriented yoga), Yoga Nidra, Yoga for kids, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Mommy and Baby yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda Lifestyle coach, Warrior Kids (childhood trauma), Yoga for ADD, ADHD and Autism.
I am currently enrolled and actively training to become RCYT (Registered Children Yoga Teacher), CMMT (Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher) and Ayurveda Nutritionist (I never stop learning!).
