Diana Sheridan

As a lifelong mover I was introduced to yoga during my first pregnancy.  The movement and breath was exactly what I needed as the miracle of pregnancy and childbirth revealed itself to me.  I have been a swimmer, trail runner, mountain biker and love all watersports. These demanding, repetitive sports always lead me back to yoga. Yoga provides a foundation of strength, flexibility and mental grit to embrace all life has to offer. As a lover of movement, my yoga practice explores the joy of movement and breath.  Join me in this journey to find the freedom found in movement. 


As a lifelong lover of the outdoors, it made sense to move my yoga practice outside. Nature provides the perfect setting to feel the connection to self and something bigger. 

I live in the midwest, I’m a Mom, work in the field of agriculture and conservation, and enjoy fishing with my husband year round.
