As a lifelong mover I was introduced to yoga during my first pregnancy. The movement and breath was exactly what I needed as the miracle of pregnancy and childbirth revealed itself to me. I have been a swimmer, trail runner, mountain biker and love all watersports. These demanding, repetitive sports always lead me back to yoga. Yoga provides a foundation of strength, flexibility and mental grit to embrace all life has to offer. As a lover of movement, my yoga practice explores the joy of movement and breath.
