With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I bring both versatility and heart to every class I teach. As a certified group fitness instructor and 500-hour yoga teacher, I lead a wide variety of classes—spin, barre, aqua fitness, functional strength, S’WET, yoga, and mobility—designed to be accessible, energizing, and enjoyable for all levels. Whether it’s a dynamic group workout or a restorative stretch, I create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcome, encouraged, and successful.
As a yoga instructor, I specialize in working with beginners and those newer to movement, blending gentle guidance with practical tools. My classes focus on slowing down, connecting with the breath, and discovering how mindful movement can support both body and mind—no matter your starting point.
In addition to fitness and yoga, I lead immersive wellness experiences including sound bath meditation, breathwork, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and Reiki. These practices help guests deeply relax, release stress, improve sleep, and reconnect with themselves—making them a perfect complement to an active and restorative vacation experience.
In 2024, I became a published author with The Vibrant Sage: Arousing Energy for Health and Happiness, where I share my personal journey and the five pillars of vibrant living—breath, movement, nutrition, sleep, and purpose. My 30-year career as a speech-language pathologist also gave me the gift of connecting with people from all walks of life, and that ability to listen, adapt, and inspire carries into every class and experience I lead.
At every resort, my goal is simple: to create classes and experiences that leave guests feeling energized, renewed, and inspired to continue their wellness journey long after vacation ends.
