With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I am passionate about helping individuals transform their health and embrace vibrant living. As a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, I teach a variety of styles, including nidra, vinyasa, yin, and hatha, integrating the mind-body-spirit connection into every session. Additionally, I am a breathwork facilitator and hold certifications in S'WET, spin, barre, aqua fitness, functional aging, and personal training. I am also a Reiki 2 practitioner
In 2024, I became a published author with my book, The Vibrant Sage: Arousing Energy for Health and Happiness. The book shares my personal journey and explores the five foundational pillars—breath, movement, nutrition, sleep, and purpose—for achieving vibrant health and happiness at any age.
Prior to my career in fitness and wellness, I spent 30 years as a speech-language pathologist, helping individuals overcome communication and cognitive challenges. This background has given me a unique ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver personalized care in all aspects of health and wellness.
