I am a dedicated fitness professional and proud mother of two, with over 20 years of experience teaching in the fitness industry. My approach is grounded in a deep passion for movement and a commitment to helping others build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle—regardless of age or fitness level.
I hold certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Fitness, Hi-Lo Aerobics, Tabata, TRX Suspension Training, Cycle, Kettlebell, and Sculpt, allowing me to offer a diverse and well-rounded training experience. My classes are designed to be accessible, challenging, and fun, with a focus on functional movement, proper form, and mindful connection between body and breath.
I love to travel with my family and move together; we have hiked some beautiful trails in Oahu, Arizona, Banff and here at home in Ontario. When we travel to a new location, we always look to incorporate fitness in some way.
