Holly Raif is a Fitness Instructor living in Carlsbad, California. She began teaching fitness in 2002 as a way to have a part time job while raising her two sons. Her favorite fitness format was step aerobics so she started out teaching step. Over the years many new formats were added to the list. Currently, Holly is teaching yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Mobility, Active aging, Bodypump (barbell strength class), and Bodycombat (mixed martial arts cardio).

Holly is passionate about teaching her classes to all levels, offering variations and options to make everyone feel successful. She enjoys connecting with people through fitness. She believes that helping people feel strong and confident through movement is the most rewarding job in the world.
Holly believes that fitness vacations are an amazing way to share her passion with even more people around the world, and maybe even introduce them to the joys of exercise for the first time.
