Holly Raif is a dedicated fitness instructor based in Carlsbad, California, with more than two decades of teaching experience. She began her career in 2002, initially drawn to fitness instruction as a flexible part-time opportunity while raising her two sons. What started with her love of step aerobics quickly expanded into a diverse and well-rounded career. Today, Holly teaches a wide variety of formats including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, mobility, active aging, Bodypump (barbell strength training), and Bodycombat (mixed martial arts cardio).

She holds a 200-hour RYT certification with Yoga Alliance, an ACE Group Fitness certification, and specialty credentials in Bodypump, Bodycombat, POP Pilates, and BogaFit, which combines yoga, Pilates, and fitness on a paddleboard. Holly is passionate about creating welcoming and inclusive classes for all fitness levels, offering variations and options so every participant feels successful. She values the connections she builds through fitness and finds deep fulfillment in helping others gain strength, confidence, and joy through movement.

For Holly, resort teaching is a meaningful way to share her passion with people around the world—introducing new participants to exercise while inspiring seasoned enthusiasts to embrace movement in exciting new ways.
