Biography:

I'm Kelly Meyer, a dynamic teacher and leader of Yoga, Zumba, Barre, Group Fitness and HR.  I teach in the Dallas, TX corporate fitness market and volunteer teach 5 classes a week. My degree is from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK: B.S. Management Science and Computer Systems but my passion is in the fitness industry leading groups in multiple forms of movement.

Teaching Style:

I believe excellent music, clear instruction, preparedness  and a fun vibe is essential to give a great class experience. I love connecting with my students so I can know their goals and needs for class.  I love choreography and bring high energy and a focused attention to the alignment/movement of my classes. I'm easy going and love teaching. I can't wait to meet you in class.
