I have been a Certified Recreation Therapist since 2000 and began practicing yoga in my early 20’s. Through many life changes, my yoga practice has remained a steadfast and grounding component in my life.
A recent horse-riding fall and recovery from a complicated shoulder injury in 2022 led me to deeper dive into my own yoga practice, partially to assist me with my own rehabilitation.
I practice and teach vinyasa, which is breath-based flow style yoga at a hot yoga studio near my home in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
