Cindy Gerdes

Cindy a former Cert.PTA has 20 plus years of experience in working with a variety age groups teaching health and fitness.

Cindy has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has made teaching yoga her profession for the past 12 years. Cindy teaches a wide variety of yoga from power yoga to her own style called Feel Good Yoga.

Cindy has been working in the mental health field for the past year now as a yoga therapist. Her gentle approach and her passion in wanting to heal others is evident when you attend one of her classes. Her classes are well thought out along with her experience with yoga and meditation has had a profound affect on patients. She loves making a difference in peoples life and is a lot of fun too.

Cindy also is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach.
