Cindy a former Cert.PTA has 20 plus years of experience in working with a variety age groups teaching health and fitness.
Cindy has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has made teaching yoga her profession for the past 12 years. As a 200hr certified yoga instructor, Cindy teaches a wide variety of yoga from power yoga to her own style called Feel Good Yoga.
Cindy has been working in the mental health field for the 3 years now as a yoga therapist. Working with adolescents and adults in both the in and out patient settings. Her classes incorporate the 3 M's. Movement, Mindfulness and Meditation. Her gentle approach and her passion in wanting to help heal others is evident when you attend one of her classes. Her classes are well thought out and they have had a profound affect on patients. She loves making a difference in peoples life while having fun too.
Cindy is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach. She is a public speaker on health and wellness in her community and at local yoga studios. Her topics are Brain and Gut Health, Bone Health, Women's Health and Blood Sugar balance.
Training in -Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Chair yoga and Vinni yoga, Meditation, Warrior Sculpt, Chair exercise, Aqua fit, Family goat yoga and kids yoga.
Substitute experience in SUP yoga, yogalates and spin.
