My mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle.
With a background in high-level sports and expertise in various fitness disciplines such as yoga, dance, personal and group fitness training. I offer a well-rounded approach to training that focuses on strength, flexibility, mobility and overall well-being. Through personalized workout plans and motivational coaching, I am committed to helping my clients become the strongest, most confident versions of themselves. In addition to one-on-one training, I thoroughly enjoy group sessions as well! With a group I am able to share my education effectively and impacting more people at once!
My long term goal is to create a thriving Women's wellness brand that host retreats, workshops, classes and motivational content!
