Kristin Brady

Fitness and wellness have been lifelong passions for Kristin, who has seamlessly blended her love of travel and movement through active vacations centered around marathoning, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, yoga, aquafit, and Pilates. Alongside a demanding legal career, she has continued to teach fitness, drawing on her strengths in communication, organization, and the ability to connect with people of all backgrounds and skill levels.

A longtime student of Pilates, Kristin was inspired to begin teaching after experiencing firsthand its transformative impact. She is trained in the STOTT method in matwork, reformer, and stability chair, and regularly teaches in diverse formats, including group classes, semi-privates, and one-on-one sessions. Her teaching style emphasizes clarity, inclusivity, and connection to the core principles of the Pilates method.

In 2021, she expanded her practice into Aquafit, combining her background as a sprint triathlete with client demand for water-based training. She now leads group classes at private pools and beachfronts, offering fun and functional outdoor programming that supports cross-training and seasonal variety—especially valuable in communities with limited access to aquatic fitness facilities.

Whether teaching Pilates or Aquafit, Kristin is known for creating a welcoming environment for all ages and abilities. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to be both challenging and approachable, offering modifications that support individual goals. With a focus on building a strong foundation, promoting movement awareness, and creating an enjoyable escape from daily routines, she helps her students leave each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.
