Daniel Huebschen

 I played soccer and basketball in high school.  After high school a became an avid cyclist and participated in many races. I served in the Marine Corps from 1997-2001. I lead daily exercised for our military unit.  I trained for and ran the L.A. marathon. After the military I continued to run and cycle in races.  From 2017-2019 I taught cycle spinning classes at the YMCA.  As an adult if have done workouts 6-7 days a week and maintained a healthy high protein diet.  Now as a father to two teenage daughters, my wife and I exercise 6-7 days a week.  We have an amazing home gym where we do weightlifting, HIIT, cycling, hill walking, yoga, and isometrix.  My wife and I have an amazing gym that we use everyday. I work with both of my daughters to teach them how to workout to develop. strong healthy bodies.  I teach my daughters the importance of a health diet consisting of high protein, fruits, and vegetables, and limited sugar. Fitness and healthy living is my passion.  I love to talk to friends, family, and coworkers about my diet and workouts.  I love to encourage others to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
