I first came to yoga for the physical benefits, but during a period of deep personal struggle, it was the stillness, the breath, and the quiet spaces in between that felt like home. In those moments, I found a sense of safety, acceptance, and healing that I now strive to share with others.
With extensive training meditation, breathwork and various forms of yoga, I create accessible and transformative experiences through private sessions, group classes, and retreats. My approach blends movement, mindfulness, and intuitive support to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves.
