Meg Gold is a holistic wellness practitioner, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and soul coach with over seven years of experience. Her offerings include mindful movement, restorative and yin yoga, meditation, and breathwork — practices that invite calm, balance, and a deeper connection to self.
Meg was first drawn to yoga for its physical benefits but soon discovered its deeper impact — the way mindful movement and breath could calm the mind and restore balance from within. That discovery sparked her journey into holistic wellness and continues to inspire her approach to teaching today.
With over 1,000 hours of training through Modo Yoga International, ClearBeing, the International Training Massage School, and additional studies in yin yoga, qigong, Ayurveda, and psychology, Meg brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her teaching.
She supports people who are navigating stress, transition, or simply seeking more presence in their lives — guiding them to move beyond survival and into balance, clarity, and ease. Her classes are grounding and accessible, blending stillness, breath, and embodied awareness to help students regulate the nervous system and reconnect with inner calm.
Meg maintains her own sense of well-being through daily mindfulness, time in nature, and a consistent yoga and breathwork practice. She believes that true wellness begins within and that movement, stillness, and self-awareness create the foundation for a life lived with authenticity and ease.
